Get a cutting board to protect the work surface and the blade from coming into contact. You need protective gear for your eyes and lungs. Find common household products that are available. There are many stencil material hence buy one that you like. Use any material that is thin, flat and easy to cut such as manila file folders, standard printer card stock and so on. You can buy manual, electric, digital, die-cut and other types of stencil machines.
Set up the workspace. Gather all the materials you will need. Cover the working surface with the cardboard and bring a waste bin for throwing dirt inside. Ventilate the room because of the paint spray. Prepare place for the paint to dry.
Find the image that you want to draw but ensure that it has no island . Find something that resembles your stencil by editing the image on a software. Windy spots are not suitable for panting the stencil. Test the spray on a flat piece of paper. Let the paint dry and remove the stencil from the background.
